Welcome to ulehi.com and the Ulehi platform (the "Platform"). This Terms of Service governs your access to and use of the Platform, including any updates, enhancements, or new features that may be added. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

You agree to comply with these Terms and any applicable laws when you access or use the Platform. Ulehi reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Platform or these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All materials, content, software, design, logos, and trademarks on the Platform are owned by Ulehi or licensed to Ulehi. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with these Terms. Any other use, including reproduction, distribution, modification, or republication, requires prior written consent from Ulehi. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Ulehiâ€™s intellectual property to you.

3. Third-Party Links and Apps Hosted on Google Play

The Platform is an app discovery interface that links to external apps hosted on Google Play (and possibly other third-party stores). We do not host or maintain the actual application software on ulehi.com. Your access to and use of any third-party apps is governed by the terms of service and privacy policies of the respective providers, such as Google Play. Ulehi does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, safety, or legality of any third-party apps. Your interactions with third-party services are at your own risk, and Ulehi disclaims all responsibility for such services.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." ULEHI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND SECURITY. ULEHI DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ULEHI, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM OR THIRD-PARTY APPS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED US$100 OR THE AMOUNT PAID FOR ACCESS, IF ANY, DURING THE PRECEDING THREE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ulehi and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and costs arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

7. User Content

Any content you provide via the Platform remains yours. By submitting content, you grant Ulehi a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform, and as needed to provide services to you. You represent that you have all rights necessary to grant this license.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide notice of material changes on the Platform or via email. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Ulehi conducts business, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts having subject-matter jurisdiction, or by agreed arbitration, as determined by Ulehi.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

11. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Ulehi regarding the Platform and supersede all prior discussions, agreements, or representations concerning the Platform.
